Despite a three-month unavoidable delay in securing the supply of a charger, Phil routinely (and apologetically) kept us updated on the latest delivery estimates. When the unit finally arrived at Phil’s supplier, he proposed a next day fitting which was unfortunately too short notice for us, so Phil offered several prompt alternatives, which was greatly appreciated.
The installation and programming of the unit was performed in a very competent and professional manner, with minimal mess or disruption. The basic operation of the charger was clearly demonstrated and further proportionate verbal instruction given, along with an assurance of future assistance if required.
On the day of installation, we received all the obligatory certification for the work performed, and I know the appropriate authorities where promptly notified because Western Power Distribution contacted us, the day after fitting, to arrange an appointment to verify the correct fuse was fitted in their equipment.
Phil also provided and completed all the required documentation to obtain the Government Grant. We definitely recommend PG Electrics and will use their services again, if any requirement arises.
